AnesPlan Support
Find help for the Web Demo and iOS app, including data retention, troubleshooting, account questions, and contact information.
Do not include or attach patient-identifiable information or case data in a support email.
1. Start with the Web Demo
The Web Demo requires no registration or login. Edit the fictional case, drag to create periods, move or resize arrows, edit events and items, and export a timeline PDF.
See the Guide for detailed controls. The Demo is not for clinical use and does not synchronize with the iOS app.
2. Reload, reset, and end a tab session
Reloading the same tab restores editing state from sessionStorage. Reset returns the Demo to its original fictional sample.
State is normally discarded when the tab or window's page session ends, although browser session-restoration settings may behave differently. Do not use the Demo as a durable data store.
3. iOS app and account support
Check the latest App Store listing for supported operating systems, devices, and the current version. For sign-in, account, institutional authentication, or app-data issues, include the device, OS version, app version, and steps to reproduce.
Do not put a patient name, patient identifier, image, PDF, ZIP, or other case data in a support email.
4. Privacy and data
The Web Demo processes input, edits, and PDF generation in the browser. iOS case data is generally managed on the device, while user information may be handled for authentication and account management.
Different privacy policies apply to the Web Demo and iOS app. Select the policy that matches the service you are using.
