AnesPlan Web Demo Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled in the AnesPlan Web Demo, which lets users experience an anesthesia-planning timeline with fictional data.

1. Scope
This policy applies only to the AnesPlan Web Demo (the “Demo”). Separate notices apply to the iOS app's accounts, institutional authentication, and other services.
The Demo has no account registration, login, or feature that stores Demo data in the developer's backend. The case, doses, and concentrations initially displayed are entirely fictional demonstration samples.
2. Data in your browser
Plans, events, items, comments, priorities, progress positions, and language settings you edit are stored only in sessionStorage for that tab. Reloading the same tab keeps that state.
sessionStorage is normally deleted when the tab or window's page session ends. Browser session-restoration features and settings may behave differently. You may also delete the state with the Demo's reset function or your browser's site-data controls.
3. Local processing and exports
Content entered into the Demo, editing state, and the contents of PDF files generated by the Demo are processed in your browser and are not sent to the developer or the developer's backend. PDF files are generated locally on your device at your request.
If you move or share a downloaded PDF through another app, cloud-storage service, or third party, its subsequent handling is controlled by you and the receiving service.
4. Analytics, advertising, and external resources
The Demo does not use analytics, advertising, tracking cookies, error-reporting SDKs, external fonts, external APIs, or generative-AI services.
The Demo's static files are delivered from the same origin.
5. Static delivery by Cloudflare
The Demo is delivered as static content through Cloudflare infrastructure. To deliver and secure the service and prevent abuse, Cloudflare may process IP addresses, requested URLs, timestamps, user agents, and other standard request metadata, and may retain access logs. Cloudflare's terms and privacy policy govern that processing.
The Demo does not add your sessionStorage editing state or the contents of locally generated PDF files to this standard delivery metadata.
If you select an App Store link, you leave the Demo for an external Apple service. Apple's terms and privacy policy govern information handled there.
If you send an inquiry email, the developer handles the email address and message needed to reply. The terms and privacy policies of the email services used by you and the developer also apply to transmission of that email.
7. Changes and contact
This policy may change to reflect changes in functionality, delivery, or law. An updated policy applies when posted in the Demo.
