AnesPlan Web Demo Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the AnesPlan Web Demo with fictional data.
Effective and last updated: August 22, 2026
If a translation conflicts with the Japanese version, the Japanese version controls.
1. Application and acceptance
These terms apply to the relationship between you and the developer concerning use of the Demo. By using the Demo, you agree to these terms.
The Demo is a free, publicly available demonstration that requires no registration or login.
2. Purpose of the Demo
The Demo uses fictional samples to demonstrate AnesPlan's event-based, two-axis matrix for anesthesia planning. Sample cases, doses, and concentrations are fictional and do not represent recommendations for any patient.
The Demo is not provided as a clinical record, medical device, diagnosis, treatment plan, medication instruction, or substitute for clinical judgment.
3. Professional judgment
Do not rely on the Demo's displays, calculations, samples, or exports as a basis for clinical care. Final medical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals under applicable law, professional knowledge, and institutional rules.
The developer does not represent that the Demo is suitable for any particular patient, medication, procedure, or clinical environment.
4. Data and exported files
Editing state is stored only in sessionStorage for the tab and remains across reloads in that tab. It is normally deleted when the tab or window's page session ends, although browser session-restoration features and settings may behave differently.
PDF files are generated locally. You are responsible for reviewing, storing, deleting, and sharing downloaded PDF files.
5. User responsibility and prohibited conduct
You must use the Demo lawfully, respect third-party rights, and provide an appropriate device and network environment.
- Using the Demo or its outputs as the sole basis for a clinical decision
- Interfering with the operation, delivery, or security of the Demo
- Using the Demo for a purpose that violates law, public policy, or third-party rights
6. Content ownership and permitted use
Rights in the Demo's software, interface, text, images, trademarks, and other content belong to the developer or their lawful owners. These terms do not grant rights beyond the use of the Demo expressly permitted here.
7. Availability, changes, and warranties
The developer may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Demo without notice for maintenance, security, legal, or other reasons.
The Demo is provided as is. The developer does not warrant accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or preservation of browser data or outputs.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for losses arising from use or inability to use the Demo, loss of browser data, use of exported files, or otherwise in connection with the Demo. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. External services
The App Store and other external destinations are provided by third parties. Their providers' terms govern their content, availability, and handling of information.
10. Governing law, language, and contact
These terms are governed by Japanese law. The court with jurisdiction over the developer's address has exclusive agreed jurisdiction in the first instance over disputes concerning the Demo or these terms.
If a translation of these terms conflicts with the Japanese version, the Japanese version controls.
